HOW TO ORDER? – When you find a product you’re interested in click on ‘make an enquiry for this product’.  Fill in your details and we will get back to you as soon as possible with availability and shipping details. Once we confirm that the product is available you can add it to your cart and proceed to check out. This does not apply for our second hand equipment collection. These items are in stock and you can buy them straight away by adding to your shopping cart and checking out

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY –  The best way to buy a kite is to try it first! Since we use the same equipment for our school you can try it first and make sure you like what your buying. It’s sometimes difficult for a beginner kiteboarder to know what he or she wants. That’s why we are here to help, give advice and find the right equipment for you.

SHIPPING – We ship almost all of our new products to your door FOR FREE within Europe. When you send us a product enquiry and fill in your country, we will get back to you promptly with the correct shipping details. For items in-stock, delivery time is usually between 5 and 10 days depending where in Europe they will be shipped. If you are located outside Europe, custom shipping rates will apply. For used items there will always be a shipping rate applied since these are located in our shop in Thailand.

WARRANTY – All of our products have a 1 year manufacturers warranty! The brands we represent offer some of the best warranties in the business which protect you against almost any damage that may occur during the first year. Just make sure you register your product online after purchase.
